An initial 120-minutes, on-site consultation where we evaluate your restaurant’s exterior, corridor conditions, and applicable DOT regulations to determine what can be achieved for your outdoor café setup. We’ll assess compliance requirements, seating potential, and design opportunities to create a setup that is both functional and visually aligned with your brand.

Your consultation includes:

  • Walkthrough of your restaurant’s exterior and sidewalk conditions

  • Review of corridor type and DOT guidelines applicable to your location

  • Discussion of needs, budget, and timeline

  • Preliminary direction on seating layout and branding approach

  • Measuring of space

  • Guidance on CB approvals and permit requirements

The fee is non-refundable but credited toward your full Sidewalk Café Design & Permitting service if you choose to proceed.
